From
Burlington (less scenic)
Take Interstate 89 South~66 miles to Vermont Exit 3 (Bethel). Make a right
off the exit onto Route 107 and proceed ~2.8 miles towards the village
of Bethel. Stay on Route 107 when it takes a hard left just as you enter
Bethel. (You will pass under a small stone railroad bridge after this
left turn). Continue to follow Route 107 along the White River for ~11
miles. At the intersection with Route 100, take a sharp right onto Route
100 North (it is easy to miss this turn and simply continue south on Route
107/100, if you reach the village of Pittsfield you have gone too far
and missed the turn). Follow the road as you cross the White River and
come to a flashing red light. Turn left at the light and continue to follow
Route 100 North. Rochester is another 7 miles north of there.
